We provide ear wax removal in a calm, friendly and relaxed non-medicalised environment, by fully trained professional staff.
You’ll get the same safe, professional and hygienic standard of service you’d expect from any clinic — but we’re also very aware that some people experience ‘white coat syndrome’ and find a medicalised setting quite daunting. Our aim is simple: to help you feel safe and welcome, in a more relaxed setting.
Whether you already know you’d like an appointment, or you’re just not sure and would like to ask, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Signs of excess ear wax
A build-up of ear wax is common and easily treated. You might notice:
- Muffled or reduced hearing. Sounds seem duller or further away.
- A blocked or full feeling. Pressure or discomfort in the ear.
- Tinnitus or ringing. Noises in the ear that aren't really there.
- Dizziness. Occasional light-headedness or loss of balance.
Not sure? Book in — we’ll always check first. Your £20 deposit covers that check, so if there’s nothing to remove there’s nothing further to pay.

How it works
Simple, gentle and unhurried
Soften the wax
Use olive oil or Earol drops 2× a day for at least 3 days before your appointment (never drops with hydrogen peroxide).
Your appointment
We check your ears and remove the wax by microsuction — plus warm-water irrigation if needed and safe to do so.
Aftercare
We talk you through simple aftercare and give you a leaflet to take home.
The method
Why microsuction is the gold standard
Microsuction uses a gentle suction device and a specialist scope to remove wax under direct view — no water flushed into the ear, and nothing pushed further in.
Water-free
No messy syringing or water flushed into the ear canal.
Precise & safe
We remove wax under direct vision through a microscope.
Comfortable
Quick and gentle, especially after a couple of days of drops.
Immediate relief
You'll usually notice the difference straight away.
